Step 3, why you should use a face moisturiser daily...

Moisturizing doesn’t just feel great, it is an excellent way to keep your skin clear, smooth, hydrated and wrinkle-free in the future!

Moisturisers are replenishing the natural moisture elements in the upper layers and bolstering the barrier function of the skin. They treat skin and conditions like eczema and offer some sun protection. It helps preventing future skin damage from the environment, so you are in actuality doing more than meets the eye!

You can have a huge impact on how your skin looks just by applying topical ingredients.

Using the right kind of moisturizer for your skin type helps maintaining its balance. When skin is too dry or too oily, many common skin problems like acne or eczema start to pop up. Moisturizing reduces the chances of skin problems and gives your sensitive skin the boost it needs to repair itself and stay healthy. But make sure it is organic one and doesn’t have a negative impact.

Follow “Three Step Formula”: clean and tone your skin then apply your favorite moisturiser. The best time to really apply moisturiser is after toning, as your skin is primed to receive the maximum benefits. And if you don't follow up with moisturizer, you risk uncomfortable side effects such as:

- losing a layer of protection, strip it of lipids, which are part of its protective outer layer so irritants can enter more easily

- wrinkles can develop more

- skin is dry and dehydrated

- complexion will appear dull and flaky- especially if it's cold or hot outside

- acne, eczema will aggravate

- makeup won't look so flawless...

If you ever find that your face is more irritated than usual, you should consult it with your skin therapist.

You need just one - good one - therapist and moisturiser :)

Tip from me:

You like something light and easily absorbed:

You don’t know where to start choose calming one:
